Lorch Microwave’s digital attenuators are custom designed for military and commercial applications. Frequency range of operation is 1 MHz to 3 GHz.


DA-1-425-50-13

The DA-1-425-50-13 is a single bit digital attenuator that covers 400 to 450 MHz. This unit features a .81 x .81 x .15 surface mount package. Typical specifications include 32 dB attenuation, 1.6:1 VSWR, TTL control, +5 V DC at 5 mA, +15 dBm input power, 1 Micro second maximum switching speed and an operating temperature of -40 to +85 deg. C.


DA-6-425-50-X

The DA-6-425-50-X is a digital attenuator that covers 400 to 450 MHz. This unit features a 4.0 x 2.0 x .4 low profile package. Typical specifications include 5.5 dB insertion loss, 1.6:1 VSWR, 6 control lines (TTL) .5 dB to 16 dB of attenuation, +5 V DC at 20 mA, +15 dBm input power, 1 Micro second maximum switching speed and an operating temperature of -40 to +85 deg. C.
